Body Alignment + Technique
Essentially, yoga 101 - breakdown and teach you the basics and the foundational poses (asana). Helping you understand your own body alignment because everyone’s body is different. Great for beginners or if you want to really hone in and understand your body alignment in your asana
Guided Movement Therapy
This is a session if you don't feel comfortable moving in your body. Especially, if you are self conscious about dancing in front of people, MaryAnngeline will guide you into yourself to learn how your body moves. Using her Masters degree in Dance and years of teaching all different forms of movement, after just one session you will feel lighter and more free to move the way that your body wants to move.
